Loved staying in this beautiful older house in a classic neighborhood. The flat was very comfortable; it was charming and an easy 15-20 minute walk from restaurants, Duke campus, and shops. The host responded promptly when a question did come up. Hoping to stay there again on our next visit to Durham.

Great stay. The location was perfect — quiet, comfortable, and a great spot to relax. The host was responsive and flexible, especially with our changing travel plans. They made sure we were able to check in easily despite flight delays. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place to stay

Staying at Emily's place was wonderful! The place was clean and the house was nice. Emily was very kind and responded to all of my questions. Location was also very convenient to many stores and restaurants. My grandparents and I enjoyed our stay!

Great stay! Sebastian and Sharon are amazing hosts. The area was quiet and safe , and the house was clean and just the right size for me and my friends.

It was our first time visiting the USA with my family and found Karen's house on Airbnb with good reviews and good prices. When we arrived, we were hosted by Karen, and she made delicious homemade cupcakes. From the first days, we felt this house was our home. The house is clean and smells good. The location is good. It is near stores and downtown. As Saudis, coffee and dates are an integral part of our culture and identity. That is the way to demonstrate generosity and hospitality. On top of that, Karen was so interested in reading about our culture that she gave us Saudi coffee and dates when we arrived. At last, Karen was a fantastic host. I appreciate Karen opening up her home and providing an excellent experience. Everything we required was at Karen's house, plus more. Getting to know you was a pleasure. You've come to the right place if you're searching for a comfortable, roomy home in a great neighborhood with a great host.

I’ve stayed here several times and it’s always a great experience. The place is super clean. The kitchen is well stocked, making it easy to cook meals, and the location is perfect—close to major highways and in a safe area, so I felt comfortable taking walks around the neighborhood. Susan and Rob are amazing hosts—they’re always quick to respond if I have any questions, and they make sure you have everything you need for a smooth stay. One of my favorite places to stay. Highly recommend!

Juliana’s place was fab. As noted it is on a relatively main thoroughfare but that really only even applies to the front bedroom for the road noise. Bed was comfortable, parking was ample (tho note! a little hard to tell where to turn in from the street - not a huge deal but it’s right past some shrubbery). It is an old building and has the quirks of one but tbh that’s kinda my jam so it worked well for me. Would totally stay again!

Great place. Spotless, comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood. Parking is at a premium in the neighborhood. Patrick is a great host!

Very close to a lot of decent coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Walking to market on Saturday in central park was nice. Was noisy in the evening and into the night. Not too late though. Ear plugs were on the bedside tables so perhaps a regular occurrence. Big kitchen with a lot of empty cupboards, but had basics.

Our month long stay was very comfortable. The well supplied kitchen made meal prep easy. The furniture was comfortable. We highly recommend this property and property owner.

Property is brand spankin new. I was traveling solo but this would be a great spot for a family. Lots of space. Host was responsive throughout my stay.

Nicole's place is a nice upstairs townhouse-style duplex built into a bit of a hill. The space is clean and comfortable and has all the basics. It is located in a woodsy neighborhood. Its a good option if you like space and affordability. Nicole was quick to communicate and help with any questions we had during our stay.

Extremely clean, convenient and comfortable. Although the street out front is a bit busy, the sidewalk is well back and elevated from the street. The lovely courtyard in the back is very private. More than enough room for us, an adult son, and a dog. Would stay again.

Tiffany was the ultimate hostess. Her rental was IMMACULATE and I'm a huge stickler with regard to that. She was proactive in checking to ensure we had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. That speaks volumes about her character! We would definitely request to stay again.

This place was absolutely stunning! Had everything you could possibly think of. Was 100% a home away from home experience! Everything was so clean, peacful and cozy! Place was spotless. Beds/furniture were comfortable. Everything was beautifully decorated. Was close to so many great restaurants and things to do. Freda is so friendly and great to deal with as well as very responsive to any questions you may have. Can't say enough about how amazing this stay was!! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for that cozy peaceful at home feeling when on vacation!

My family of four plus our cat stayed here while in between house closings. The space was welcoming and super comfortable, I would definitely recommend!

We did a long term stay at Alexis’s townhouse and had a wonderful time. The location was very convenient with a lake to walk the dogs. The house was cozy, well stocked, and in a quiet neighborhood. Alexis was also very quick to respond for any of our needs. Would stay again!

Julia and Simon had a great spot in a great location! Perfect place for a peaceful weekend. Great for a small group of friends! The couch, bed and pillows were all super comfortable, everything was super clean, and the small details like snacks, a welcome binder and a journal were all thoughtful details. Would come back 100%

We felt instantly at home when we walked through the door! We loved the wooded neighborhood that seemed close to everything we needed, and having no neighbors behind the home gave the home an incredibly private, cabin-like feel. The hosts were very nice and responsive, and we would certainly recommend this home to anyone visiting the RDU area!

The pictures very accurately show this townhouse. It is in a quiet neighborhood despite the fact that there are many townhouses and apartments pretty tightly packed. Good parking. We were there around Christmas and there was an active police presence several times during our stay. There was a fatal shooting in the shopping center which abuts the townhouse complex. The kitchen is adequately equipped and the dining room easily seats 8 people. The couches in the living room are quite uncomfortable. We never used the fireplace so not sure if it works. Primary bedroom roomy as are other bedrooms. Shower did not work in second upstairs bath. I notified Shannon with a question and there was a delay of several days before she got back to me. She said others read her texts (???) and she missed opening it. Very convenient location action to Cary and airport. Decent value for money if they fixed shower and replaced couches. Very dog friendly with small fenced in backyard.

This was our first Air BnN rental & it's going to be hard to top. We needed early check in & they accommodated quickly and it was super easy. They were super friendly, the house was beautiful, the temperature just perfect for arriving to hot North Carolina. The pool was our favorite amenity, we took full advantage of that after some long hot days. The showers were amazing with just the perfect amount of pressure. We used the washer and dryer as well, top notch machines. The tv's were huge & there were plenty to go around. The furniture was beautiful, the grounds were gorgeous. It was the absolute perfect place for our family. The area offered lots of shopping options, dining options and of course ice cream. Highly recommend your next trip to the Durham area of North be experienced at this home.

Peaceful location. Looked like the pictures. I liked the thoughtful touches such as an extra hdmi cable I a drawer, the set up for charging in the master bedroom, the chocolates. Communication was easy and Ezra responded very quickly when we had a question. Would not hesitate to stay here again the next time we are in Raleigh.
