Alloggiare da Deborah è stata una bellissima esperienza. La villa era come da descrizione, e molto di più: Deborah è stata sempre disponibile, flessibile e reattiva in qualsiasi orario e richiesta, ci è stata offerta una colazione con grande scelta sia per il primo che per il secondo giorno e abbiamo avuto il piacere di cenare al suo ristorante (anche quest'ultimo di assoluta qualità e all'altezza di tutto il resto), con trattamento speciale. Se capiteremo in zona in futuro, torneremo sicuramente!

This is our “go to place” in Assisi!! Great home, centrally located, within walking distance of everything!!! Fabio is great, always responsive and accommodating! He gave recommendations for a shop for a birthday for one of our party on his birthday, we were able to surprise him, it was awesome!! We will be back!!

L'appartamento è incantevole, decorato con cura e buon gusto, rispecchiando perfettamente l'ospitalità di Anna. Senza dubbio, è stata la nostra migliore esperienza su Airbnb! Très bon emplacement pour visiter les villages médiévaux, accéder au Lac Bolsena, aux thermes et le centre de Viterbo est à 5 min en voiture. Il est également pratique d’aller à Rome et jusqu’à Ostia Antica. Le logement est très agréable, spacieux, très propre, climatisé et la terrasse privée est bien exposée et de bonne taille. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les attentions de notre hôte qui tous les matins nous portait des pâtisseries maison délicieuses. De plus, à notre arrivée le frigo avait été rempli de boissons et nous avons bénéficié d’un accueil chaleureux. Nous recommandons vivement, expérience très agréable !

This is something we will never forget. We booked Christian’s place for our honeymoon road trip through Italy and before check-in we stopped at Bagnoregio, which is called the dying city, but we got rained out. And driving to Christian’s place we had no idea what to expect and honestly the village of Calcata made the rained out bagnoregio feel like nothing was lost. From Christian being extremely flexible and responsive to Valentina greeting us and answering all of our questions about her beautiful community this was the most incredible stay ever, best sleep we ever had and the most unforgettable experience. Book this house you won’t regret it.

The apartment was beautiful and in the absolute perfect location. Montipulciano was the highlight of our trip. Anna was extremely helpful in making our stay a great experience and went above and beyond our expectations.

Maria is an amazing host! Her friendly welcoming nature made us feel at ease from the very start. Her attention to detail was amazing and her apartment was beautifully decorated. We had a few hiccups with transport and eSIMs which didn’t work, but Maria sorted everything out for us. We will be staying there again and next time we will stay for much more than just 3 days! This apartment is lovely, exactly as listed and Mauro is a great host. It's an easy walk to the excellent Minimetro, and I bought an UmbriaGo pass so I traveled all over Umbria with just that one ticket, it's amazing. Do note that there are several flights of stairs to reach the apartment, there's no bathroom on the ground floor, and the path through one bedroom to the narrow stairs to the loft is tight. Carefully consider your mobility needs before you book, and for that matter Perugia itself is multi-leveled so consider that too as you plan. It's all worth it though!

Had a great time in Serena’s home, it’s very central and perfect for us whilst seeing family in the area. It’s a beautiful flat with lots of space. If you are coming from the UK, just watch the auto translate function from air bnb, as it sent us confusing messages. But they were completely clear in Italian (and using google translate!)

Perfect stay in Assisi! Some how this place exceeded all my expectations. The self check-in was smooth and easy, which allowed us to arriving stress-free. The location is ideal, right in the heart of Assisi with stunning views that made every morning feel magical. Every evening the sunset was perfectly visable from the bedroom window. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything We needed for a comfortable stay. I couldn't have asked for a better place to explore this incredible town. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

We visited from California after traveling throughout Europe for 2 weeks. We were pretty sick of rubbing shoulders with other tourists. Our stay at this residence completely recharged us. The staff is wonderful, the pool is so nice (especially in this heat), delicious dinner, and all is in a secluded, magical location. The spa was a real treat at the end. Never experienced something like this before, it was amazing. Totally a five star experience.

Fabio was a very good host. He offered a perfect stay for my family of 8 adults +1 dog while attending a wedding in Citta di Castello. The location is about a 15 min drive from town but is surrounded by nature and wonderful views of the countryside. The two appartements are very comfortable and beautiful.

Both Anelida and Mauro were so friendly and charming. Although she doesn't speak English, we communicated easily using Google Translate. She prepared breakfast for us during our stay, baked homemade cakes, and everything was really delicious. The room, common areas, and bathroom were very clean. The location is also excellent; it’s very close to Pienza, Montalcino, and Montepulciano, right in the middle of everything. It was a perfect stay for anyone looking for an authentic experience. Thank you for the warm welcome!

We enjoyed our one night stay here very much. The flat is furnished with every thing you need and decorated beautifully as showed on the photos. Benedetta is so friendly and we are much appreciated to her hospitality and great breakfast. It worths more than 5 stars and provided free pick up services to and from train station. The place is centrally located in the old city with good restaurants nearby as well as nice scenery. Highly recommended to others to have a relax here.

Appartamento in un'antico palazzo del centro storico con una posizione splendida per visitare il centro di Foligno e fornito di tutto quello che serve per il soggiorno e per una classica colazione. Arrivare in auto non è stato facilissimo poiché il navigatore fa fare un percorso complicato in vicoli stretti e tortuosi, impossibile per auto grandi, mentre esiste un percorso molto più agevole e lineare. Sonia gentilissima e disponibile. Parcheggio gratuito riservato a pochi metri a piedi dal portone d'ingresso.

Alloggio pulito, dotato di ogni confort , in posizione strategica per visitare comodamente il centro di Orvieto. Carla e il suo compagno sono stati gentilissimi e cortesi . Veramente consigliatissimo

Abbiamo pernottato qui durante il Cammino dei Borghi Silenti. Colazione ottima servita in modo impeccabile e, su nostra richiesta, in anticipo di quasi un'ora rispetto all'orario normalmente previsto dalla struttura.

L'appartamento è delizioso, ordinato, pulito, funzionale per ogni esigenza e molto curato nell'arredamento. Colazione ricca allietata dalla vista offerta dalla bellissima terrazza sul Tevere e dalla gentilezza di Valeria. Molte le attività in zona suggerite dalla padrona di casa, così come i posti dove mangiare sano e bene.
