Not part of a massive chain and all the better for it. Shows more out of the way films and houses the Sheffield Adventure Film Festival and others. Good cafe, reasonable prices.

Wonderful independent cinema - the best of world cinema and some blockbusters. Get there early and get a drink in the bar (which you can take into the screen if you wish).

Friendly independent cinema, showing latest releases, cult classics, world cinema and family films. There's a café and a bar for meeting friends before a film and tickets cost between £4.50 and £7.
