Lovely apartment. Comfy beds. Very responsive hosts. Minor hick ups sorted instantly. Walking distance to the beach and the pub too. Perfect

Everything was perfect for us, the cottage is quite small, but has everything two couples need. it was exactly as described and communication with the host was very easy. The place was warm, cosy very clean. The town centre is a short walk and there is a good choice of places to eat, drink and walk to. Highly recommend and would happily stay again.

Wonderful, comfortable Cottage, right on the beach. We brought our dogs and had some great walks - and had no trouble finding a lovely pub two doors down! Excellent holiday stay.

Words cannot describe how amazing Simone is and her gorgeous retreat. I took my Dad away for a little trip away as he is rather poorly and the original place I had booked was appalling! So bad I refused to stay. Thinking I'd have to take my Dad back home as finding somewhere suitable for his needs is slim picking, never mind on an August Friday night at 6pm, last weekend of the summer holidays. Nevertheless, after refusing to give up I found this gem, both in Simone and her retreat. Just what we needed . Simone went above and beyond from the second I placed the booking, she rang me straight away, said she would met us there, she had the retreat warming through for us, lights on and made us feel absolutely at home. So much so I had to give her a hug. The whole experience from start to finish was 10 star. The place is beautiful, the views are outstanding, area is perfect. My Dad is dying to go back already. And I can't wait to take him. See you soon x

Great few days with the family. The lodge is a great size and really well equipped. The orange juice, milk and bottle of wine was a lovely touch. Really good location for days out to Alnwick and the stunning coast line. Would highly recommend and would go back.

The house was lovely, everything you would need at home...The bed was so comfy, the bath was to die for 😊...Easy walk to the beach loved the pub The Landing lovely food...Really good location so close to Seahouses, Bamburgh, HolyIsland, Berwick not that far....would stay again but for a little longer...

Just back from a couple of nights at The Great Escape and feel as thoughtful gh we've been away for a week. Very relaxing space , friendly little pub on site. Amusements was just enough to keep the kids entertained without being over the top and taking away from the feel of the place . Cracking dark skies for star viewing in the hottub. Would definitely return.

Carolyn is the best Airbnb host I have ever had. She responded in record time to every message. She thought of everything her guests might need. Her cottage is very well-equipped and super-comfortable. Amble is a wonderful place to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return

Lovely weekend! Absolutely loved the decking and hot tub area and watching the sunrise in the morning! Had a lovely long walk to explore the surrounding areas and we were very impressed! Hopefully be back again soon!
