This home is beautiful and spacious. If you’re looking for a private more secluded area this is perfect for you. We were able to fit comfortably and the house had everything we needed. Diane and the concierge team were very responsive before and during the trip.

Lovely home very spacious and fully equipped from top to bottom. Super comfortable. Great beds and luxurious sheets. Beautiful pool. Wildlife everywhere! Howler monkeys and beautiful birds. And some amazing iguanas

Our stay at Antonio’s place was nothing short of amazing. Antonio was super helpful and responsive to all requests. He made our stay stress free as he provided awesome recommendations for a driver as well as a personal chef for my birthday. Cannot recommend this place enough! If you’re considering it for your stay in Costa Rica, do it. :)

Magical Place Our week in Maria’s home was absolutely magical. Situated at the end of a sandy cove, we had excellent ocean access and amazing privacy. The home was so comfortable, with A/C in the bedrooms and breezy, beautiful living spaces in the rest of the house, deep decks with plenty of seating for meals, and tiny little spots under trees and bushes scattered throughout the ample yard. Our three generation gathering relished the pool, the beach, the yard games, and plenty of board games and art projects throughout the week. Maria’s recommendations for cooks and transportation were excellent. Maria was shockingly responsive…even sending someone over with two bags of ice when the ice-maker was a little slow for our needs. We were blessed with regular sightings of monkeys, lizards, birds, crabs, and dragonflies. We were so lucky to come upon this magical place that fully met all our needs, and exceeded our expectations.

Our stay was perfect. The house is spacious and clean. Our favorite part of the house was the backyard with its pool and sitting area. Mornings and evenings very peaceful. Beach club is located 1.5 miles away easy to run, walk, bike or drive to. Close by good eating options at Fuego vivo or La Floresta Cafe (great coffee, breakfast and pastries). Viktor was great with communication and easy to deal with. Highly recommend Viktor and his house.

Dave is the man. Not only made us feel welcome and right at home. Quick to respond. Fixed the shower in no time at all. Gave us so many great recommendations for the rest of our trip. All were exactly as expected. Thanks Dave. See you again soon.

Wow! What an incredible place. We loved it! Great value. The pool is fantastic. The architecture is amazing. Fabrice was a perfect host! I’d absolutely come back again!

We just came back from a week-long stay in this beautiful house. The pictures shown in the listing do not do justice, it is a very large house with plenty of room for 4 adults, the views from the pool and master bedroom cannot be beat, the location is great (listening to the howler monkeys at night was an added bonus), there was always plenty of hot water, and the pool is huge and was kept in pristine condition. The only slight negative we encountered was the requirement to not place any toilet paper in the toilets but rather place it in trash bags (we were not aware of this requirement prior to arrival). Other than that one minor surprise, we would definitely recommend Payton's house to anyone who wants a fun and relaxing vacation.

Overall amazing house in a secure location. It is a 2 minute walk to an American style grocery store which was very helpful. The pool and house were clean. The host, in particular, was very responsive and always available. Can’t recommend it enough.

We had a great time staying at Katerina's place. The walk up the hill wasn’t an issue for us, despite some previous reviews mentioning it—it’s well worth it for the views and privacy. The plunge pool was perfect for cooling off after a hot day at the beach, and the home felt very secure throughout our stay. The property looks exactly like the photos—truly one of the nicest places I’ve stayed at in Costa Rica. The cleaners did a great job, and the showers were fantastic! I’d recommend keeping the shades closed during the day to help keep the interior cool. A few extra towels would’ve been a nice touch, but overall, we had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

Adriano + Deniz were absolutely amazing hosts. I felt like I asked them a thousand questions, and they were very helpful and responsive to our entire group. This home is even MORE beautiful in person. 5-10 min away from everything and we felt very safe and secure seeing as it’s a gated community. Shirley was an amazing addition as well as she made us breakfast + cleaned the home in between. I would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here; you receive so much for what you pay. We took advantage of the massages, airport transfers, golf carts, + the excursions bookings. Thanks again for an amazing vacation :)

Place is amazing. Perfect ocean view, pool is really cool! Bartender was amazing, and the food we ordered were perfect and not expensive. The tour we booked through Max was absolutely crazy! Just super! We will remember it for a long time. We highly recommend this place!!!

Breathtaking property and views. It’s about a ten minute ride from the street on a mostly unpaved uphill road and driving up, we weren’t sure what to expect. When we arrived with our five children, each of us was blown away. Over the course of the trip, a few appliances had issues. I’m not sure exactly how, but the management team for the property was on site in minutes with a fix, no matter the issue. This is why I gave five stars. The property is probably 4 or 4.5 stars but the team involved easily pushes this to a 5. Thanks for a great stay. We would definitely visit again.

Tamarindo is beautiful! The condo was exactly as described. Loved having access to beach towels for the pool. The cold plunge and yard activities were fun for the family and never busy. I recommend renting a golf cart. While it is walkable, it is at least a 15 minute walk to the beach club. There were so many good restaurants to check out and Seven had a list of recommendations too. The Beach Club access was perfect! Great food options and drinks and plenty of lounge chairs. The beach was clean, warm water and a beautiful place to catch the sunset. Seven provided a variety of excursions that were easy to book - the lunches provided on the excursions were all Costa Rican cuisine and absolutely amazing!

I can't say enough about this place. It was even more beautiful than the photos. The location was amazing - right on the beach and walkable to all of Tamarindo's restaurants and activity. Yet it felt safe and quiet. The house was beautiful, the staff friendly, and the pool a welcome break from the beach. I would give it 10 stars if I could. And Nick was amazingly responsive to every question and request we gave.

Staying at Steve and Claire’s place was amazing. The house can be difficult to get to but the view and house itself is soo worth it! Steve and Claire were extremely helpful and kind, we had the best time staying at their place!

Wow! What an amazing place. We would love to stay at Adam’s again (and probably will!). This was our first time in Costa Rica and what an introduction! There were 6 of us—a family of 4, and a couple. The apartment upstairs was perfect for the teenagers, giving them their own privacy and autonomy, even though the gathering area was definitely by the pool (where we spent most of our day and night). The house itself was kept cool by the AC and very clean and as described—really gorgeous place. It was stocked well with so many games, which we never got to play because we were so exhausted because of the heat—the hot dry season is no joke but thank god for that pool. The neighborhood and location was also hard to beat. Just a quick golf cart jaunt into Tamarindo (or you can grab a scooter in the area) tho there was a market and several great restaurants in walking distance. Place also was quiet/ felt very safe. Oh and Adam and Claudia went above and beyond! Can’t say enough nice things!

This property has a great view of the tree line and sea from the pool, balcony and master bedroom. A sea view is always relaxing, and the poolside swings also make you think you are exercising, so you don't feel guilty lounging in the shade. The property is fully equipped, clean, modern and situated in a large gated community that reminded me of a resort, without the resort prices. There are several full service restaurants and beaches within a 5-10 minute drive, or you can drive a little farther to Tamarindo, Playa Flamingo or Brasilito for a full-on nightlife or beachtown vibe. There were no negatives associated with this property.

Maison dans un quartier sécurisé tranquille. Où on s’est senti très bien. La piscine était fantastique. Je recommande ce airbnb fortement. J’ai beaucoup aimé ne pas être au centre de Tamarindo pour être plus tranquille à la maison. Si vous louez un véhicule, c’est la maison parfaite pour vous. Séjour en famille avec 5adultes et un enfant de 5ans.

We absolutely loved Casa Feliz. The pictures online do not do justice. It is absolutely gorgeous in person. We saw so much wildlife around the property and loved how it was private and away from everything but still close to the beach and restaurants. Claire was an accommodating and amazing. We were so sad to leave and can’t wait to be back! It was a privilege to stay at such a beautiful place! we highly recommend

As my family gets ready to end our trip to Costa Rica, we are filled with gratitude. We started our trip at Kaya Villa and it was exactly what we needed for our family of four to unwind. Before we arrived, we had time to check out the local guide they put together, which was full of recommendations on everything from places to eat to get surfing lessons, etc. The hosts were beyond hospitable, waiting at the front gate to welcome us into the space and had a cheesecake waiting in the fridge. The home was exactly as advertised and was an easy walk to the beach and a number of resteraunts. Though they set us up nicely, the hosts were super responsive, even seeming to anticipate questions. Playa Avallena is definitely experiencing a surge in construction, including outside the gates of the home, but we found it a relaxing oasis and just what we needed. We will definitely be back. Gracias!!!

The only issue we had was upon arrival we could not get access to the house as the cleaning lady mistakenly took the keys home with her. Our neighbor helped us out by calling Raymond and locating a key for us...a slight mishap. Other than that our stay was wonderful. Raymond was very quick to answer all our questions and provide recommendations for restaurants. The location was great, very quiet and rural. Access to a few of the beaches just a short drive away ( 5 mins). The place was superb. very clean and well taken care of. The pool was great! Would highly recommend the surrounding restaurants as the food was delicious. Very authentic. The local grocery stores carry majority of your needs. Overall the hosts were fantastic and we had a fabulous time. So happy we chose this place and should we return to that part of Costa Rica again would definitely go there. Highly recommend it!!

Excelente hospedaje, Doris y su familia son personas muy amables y siempre se mostraron dispuestos a ayudarnos. Nos dieron recomendaciones de la zona y nos ayudaron con lo que solicitábamos. Lugar privado muy cercano a la playa, 100% recomendado!

Julie’s place was amazing. So clean, beautiful, spacious, and private but with close neighbors so you don’t feel isolated. Got visited by Micro (mee-crow) the cat and a family of howler monkeys. Also saw a lizard and bird family / nest above the pool. Fascinating to watch the leaf cutter ants work away all day and take a break during the midday heat. So much wildlife! Private pool was amazing for the heat. The gardener was friendly and kept the outdoors clean and pool jets running for us. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Loved the welcome fruit and coffee. Loved that the town was near by as well as the beach. Playa Avellana was a short drive away and had a great Friday night market at the square. Fun and relaxing time! Thanks again Julie!
