We stayed at the apartment for 4 nights. It was in a great location in the heart of plaza cathedral in the old town. Full of life and walkable, we visited the museums and restaurants in Casco V. Apartment is well maintained and clean and has all the listed amenities. We loved the front balcony with view of the plaza. Juan is a responsive host and we will stay here again!

I was travelling solo and had a good stay at Juan's place. The condo is smaller in person but it has the basics of what you need. FYI: I didn't stay in this particular unit. I was switched to another one, unit 13E. Likes: - Excellent location with lots of restaurants, a grocery store and a pharmacy nearby - Secure and quiet building with 24/7 security - Beautiful view from the balcony - Good lighting with a full length mirror - The lobby smells amazing Dislikes: - A maintenance man arrived moments after I checked in but I wasn't told he was coming - The floors were apparently wiped but my feet were black after walking on them - The desks in the bedroom were dirty - I had to clean them - An old sponge was left for the dishes - I had to buy a new one - There were no clear instructions for how to set up the TV - There's a drainage issue with the kitchen and bathroom sinks so a smell lingers in the condo Overall, I'd stay in this building again but not this unit.

Place is small and view isn’t great but that has nothing to do with the host. Everything is as advertised! Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed with our family and dogs and had a wonderful time at Sanya's house. It's super easy to get there from the city, with convenient stores just 10 minutes by car. There are restaurants within a 5-minute walk, and beach activities, such as walking and sightseeing, are very close by. The private beach is only 10 minutes away by car, and it was completely peaceful with no one else around during our stay. The house has all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Sanya!

Great little apartment. Looks just like the photos. Quiet location. Take note: if you have a car you need to valet and pay for parking. We stayed for one week but they charged us $40 total instead of the $15/day. Very close to Multiplaza - a really nice mall and some great little eateries. Juan provided us with a pack n play for our 20 month old, which was very helpful but also made things very tight in the bedroom. Would definitely stay again because of location and value!!!

Great location in a very nice beach front condo building. Safe place and close to grocery stores and restaurants. This condo is on the right side of the building with good shade most of the day and great views of the beach.

I felt right at home when I walked into the apartment. The balcony is very big and has a great view. If you thinking about booking go ahead and do it.

Ya es mi segunda vez en Panamá, y creo que La Manzana es un lugar excepcional para hospedarse en estancias cortas. Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente pero nada que no se podía resolver, que gracias a la comunicación del anfitrión nos solucionaron super rápido. Mejor atención, imposible.

exelente alojamiento, la pasamos muy bien , todo muy limpio y Muy ordenado la casa está súper bonita muy céntrica de todo, los días que pasamos en el alojamiento del sr. Edward fueron exelente. mi familia y yo quedamos con muchas ganas de volver. full recomendado. 100/10 👌

Total tolle Unterkunft!! Wir wurden so herzlich empfangen, alles war super sauber und wir wurden sogar auf einen Ausflug zu einem Aussichtspunkt und in die Mall mitgenommen. Absolut liebevolle und sorgsame Gastgeber/in :)
