The place is as described. 15 min walk to a peaceful and gravely beach. There is a private parking with a gate, which was very convenient for us. The hist is very friendly and responds fast. I would recommend :)

This place is spotless, very secure. It was fun having the outdoor grill/pizza oven and the small pool. It is kind of hidden. Francesco meets you on the street above the property in his car and leads you to it. I was a bit nervous following him off the beaten path. It is in an area which is redeveloping and seemed sketchy. He was very welcoming and attentive. The property is completely safe and secure and I would not hesitate to come again. He even came at 4 am to check us out for an early flight. Francesco works very hard to make sure you have an enjoyable time.

wonderful pool, excellent for swimming & relaxing, calm and beautiful surrounding, beautiful houses and absolutely lovely family that runs the b&b. we would definitely come back!

Vittoria’s home was perfect. The location is the best, you are steps from all the restaurants and shops. The home was pristine clean and very comfortable. Vitorria helped us find a parking place and met us at the air bnb. She was extremely responsive and helped us with dinner reservations AND she owns the most beautiful restaurant in Polignano A Mare.

Gabriele, Giovanni and their sister were extremely generous and hospitable hosts. Very friendly and kind. Very warm welcome with a nice tour of the house and surroundings, explaining how everything worked. They really did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The house itself is very nice. Properly equipped kitchen. Spacious bedroom with a soft bed. Beautiful surroundings around the house and from the outside terrace, where it’s nice to have a coffee or breakfast, there is a nice view of the sea. Pool area great, with lounge chairs and a nice sitting area. Paolo has lots of good local recommendations for beaches and what to visit. At the house, There are also umbrellas available to take to the beach, which is a nice touch because it allows you to go to the free beaches. Overall highly recommend! A great base to explore valle d’itria!

Judith’s place was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed. The place itself is more beautiful than the photos and it’s a great place to relax and enjoy peaceful time. Me and my family of 6 had a great time. The place is also a great spot to explore south of Italy. We traveled from Lecce to Amalfi coast very conveniently. Both houses are full with thoughtful details. Swimming pool is amazing. Definitely recommended. Also Vittoria who helped us to check in is super nice.

We had a really relaxing stay in Marta's appartament. Everything was well equipped, clean and we enjoyed the outside area including the pool, lovely sitting area and two loungers. We also appreciate the privacy. Marta was always helpful and made us feel comfortable all the time. We'd like to come back for another time. For future guests, there are some calm animals (cats and dogs) in the yard.

Villa ampia, con tanto spazio esterno e piscina, ottima la posizione. Livio è stato gentilissimo, ma abbiamo conosciuto anche Vito e Valentina che sono stati disponibilissimi per qualsiasi esigenza e ci hanno molte indicazioni su cosa fare nella zona. Da ritornare sicuramente. Consigliatissimo.

Fijne plek in een oud stadje, op loopafstand van het centrum. Je moet wel goed te been zijn. In het huis zijn 2 trappen, waarvan 1 redelijk stijl. Het ontbijt is eenvoudig houdbare croissants, biscuits en 2 soorten taart (wel lekker) dit staat bij aankomst gereed voor de dagen dat je hebt geboekt, in ons geval 2 nachten. Verder 2 soorten sap en melk. Wij vonden het bed aan de harde kant. Het huis is een prima plek om de omgeving te verkennen. In de ochtend ontbijten op het balkon is heerlijk met het zonnetje erbij.

One of our favorite stays in Italy so far. Matera is such a magical place and this home made it even more magical. Very friendly hostess, and the breakfast each morning plus snacks left for us was such a nice touch as well. The view from both balconies is just incredible. Can’t recommend enough ♥️

Four of us came to see our grandparents village: for our first time visit Miglionico was charming and told us enough of what we wanted to know. But the village and the location is just so beautiful. I am selfishly grateful that it is not so touristy and that people make me use Italian. I always felt safe. I expect to return again hopefully with my daughter and hopefully to Grazia’s accommodation.

Matera is just wow! It’s very fun to stay in the heart of an ancient city! For most this is a once in a lifetime thing to do! This house has the cave experience while being comfortable and very well located! Really cool place! Take advice and park in the paid lot. We passed the entry to the lot and I am sure we got tickets!

Casetta Franceschina, hosted by the Annina, is the perfect cozy retreat in the enchanting hilltop town of Grottole. This charming home has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay, combining traditional Italian character with all the essentials. The location is fantastic—nestled in the quiet beauty of Grottole, with its winding streets and historic charm, it feels like stepping back in time.

We spent a lovely week in this spacious, tranquil apartment with fantastic views (especially from the kitchen and the narrow balcony off of it). The place is ideally located on the upper part of one of the sassi, making it convenient to restaurants, banking, and to the mercato, food stores and bakery (on Via Ascanio Persio) for self-catering. At the same time, it is tucked away so it is quiet and private. We loved that all the windows and doors (except the front door) had insect screens so we could leave them open. A note that the front terrace is shared with two other apartments, so is not private. Roberto is super responsive and helpful.

Ottima posizione di fronte alla chiesa diruta, quartiere tranquillo e silenzioso. Casa di dimensioni relativamente ridotte ma molto pulita e con tutti i servizi necessari, può ospitare tranquillamente anche 4 persone. Purtroppo durante il mio alloggio il wifi non era funzionante e la linea in casa è risultata piuttosto scarsa/assente. Tiziana mi ha comunque confermato la temporaneità del problema, che verrà risolto al più presto. Nel complesso appartamento consigliato.

El alojamiento de Giuseppe es ideal para vivir la experiencia de una noche en los sassi. Esta muy bien ubicado, a un paso de los sassi y a un paso de la calle (para poder ir en auto y dejarlo en un parking) Muy bueno todo!

Casa molto carina, ideale x un po' di relax nella tranquillità della natura circostante! L'area esterna ben curata e ottima per cene al fresco e all'aria aperta. 5 minuti di macchina dalla foresta di Mercadante e dal grazioso e tipico paesino pugliese, Cassano delle Murge. Dario è stato un host disponibile e veloce nel rispondere ai nostri messaggi....consigliatissimo!!

Alloggio molto carino e pulito con tutti i servizi, host gentili e disponibili, a pochi passi dal centro storico. Parcheggio nelle strade limitrofe.

We loved our stay here! Angelo was very friendly and welcoming, and provided useful and practical information to visit Matera and the Gravina; the house was spacious and clean and really had a home-feeling; and what we really appreciated: the stove! Travelling off-season we have stayed in some cold houses, but here it was cosy and warm, directly at our arrival :). Besides, Matera and its surrounding is just amazing and definitely worth a visit!

Meget centralt i Sassi Caveosa. Man kan gå til alt. Fin bolig i traditionelt hus med højt til loftet og lille grotte til soveværelse. Der er ingen døre mellem stue/værelse og hems, så man kan høre hinanden, hvis man er flere afsted. I oktober var der ikke gener fra støj fra restauranterne som andre har beskrevet. Dejligt sted at være.

Tutto molto, molto bene. L'host, sempre disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno, ci ha suggerito il parcheggio poco distante ed esterno alla ZTL, ci è venuto incontro per poi accompagnarci fino all'appartamento. All'interno tutto in ordine, pulito e corrispondente alle fotografie. Rimango molto soddisfatto dell'accoglienza, del soggiorno e della permanenza in città.

Un logement parfait, impeccable, propre, dans le centre-Ville. Au dessus de nos attentes. Très grand. Hôte réactif et très accueillant. Les petites attentions nous ont été droit au cœur.

Very beautiful bnb - spacious private apartment with a large living/dining/kitchen space and a large bedroom down a short hallway. Super clean, modern bathroom. The decorations and furnishings in the apartment are beautiful. The location is perfect - just 2-3mins walk from the historic 'sassi' district, which is a sight to behold! The hospitality of our hosts was outstanding. We arrived a little out of town via bus, and Vita and Giuseppe came to pick us up and take us to the bnb. We were able to leave our bags there prior to check-in, which made our 1 day in Matera much easier. I cannot recommend this bnb highly enough! Vita, Giuseppe, Maria and Luigi were the most wonderful, accommodating, and friendly hosts!

Fabulous place! We loved how close it was to the old city. Clean and inviting space with extremely responsive hosts. Loved the place and would stay again if in Matera.
