Selda Hanım çok pozitif, iyi niyetli ve yardımsever bir ev sahibi. İletişime geçtiğimiz andan itibaren çok yardımcı oldu. Eve geldiğimizde her şey belirtildiği gibiydi. Çalışmayan veya eksik olan bir şey yoktu. Misafirlerin rahatı için bir çok detay düşünülmüştü. Kendimizi bir yakınımızın evinde gibi hissettik. Kumandalı panjurlar, güçlü klima ve vantilatörler gündüz bile rahat uyumanızı sağlıyor. Mutfak araç gereçleri, beyaz eşyalar yeni ve kullanışlı. Komşular güler yüzlü ve zarif insanlar. Ev denize sıfır ve sakin bir muhitte. Bahçe oldukça geniş. Bahçenin büyük bir bölümü çim kalan kısmında birçok ağaç var. Çocuklar çimlerde oyun oynarken çardakta kahvenizi yudumlayıp denizi izleyebilirsiniz. Çocuklu aileler için mükemmel. Ailem ile keyifli, huzurlu bir tatil geçirdik.

The location of the house was very good. It was very clean. The house had most of what you could need. There was a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa in the living room that could be converted into a bed. (The sofa in the living room is sufficient for a short vacation but will not be used for a long time.) We had no problems communicating with the host Ioannis. He was very kind. If you are going to stay in Pythagorion, this house will make you happy. Thanks again.

5 gün boyunca konakladığımız küçük beyaz ev, harika hislerle geçirdiğimiz tatilimizin baş rollerindendi. İncelikli, zarif mimarisi; evin yüz yılı aşkın mistikliği ile bugünün canlılığının birleşimi. Anahid’in aynı şekilde zarif ve incelikli ilgisi, kendi evimiz gibi hissetmemizin ana nedenlerindendi. Ada ile ilgili bilgilendirmeleri, gezi ve yemek tavsiyeleri, bizim için hazırlayıp masaya bıraktığı tatlı jesti ve tabii ki güler yüzü. Küçük beyaz ev, konum olarak da çok keyifli bir yerde. Bir yandan adanın yerelliğini, dingin mahalle ruhunu yaşıyorsunuz, bir yandan da Vathi merkeze araçla 5 dakikada, yürümeyi seviyorsanız da 15 dakikada ulaşabiliyorsunuz.

Otelden kat kat daha iyiydi hem kendi evimiz gibi rahat ettik her şey de mevcuttu evde her şey gayet yeterli tertemiz her yer Biz aşırı derece memnun kaldık her şeyiyle kullanılmamış diş fırçaları bile düşünülmüş hediye olarak ev sahibi ince görüşlü ve ev konusunda da çok ilgileniyor içiniz rahat olsun biz 3 gün kaldık ama tekrarı kesinlikle olur çok güzeldi

Stamatia was very helpful with entering the apartment, we were very pleased. The location of the house is very good, very close to shopping places, restaurants and beaches. There is everything necessary inside the house, clean and decorative, there is a large balcony with sea view. The balcony is very useful for breakfast and dinner, we felt very comfortableI in the flat. when we come to the island again, we would like to stay at this house and recommend it to other visitors.

Fatih Bey'in evinde ikinci konaklamamız. Çok seçici biri olmama rağmen Fatih Bey'in evi her ihtiyaca hitap ediyor. Kendisi de son derece ilgili ve misafirperver. Kuşadası'na yolum her düştüğünde tekrar konaklamak isteyeceğim tek mekân. Gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz 🙌🏻

Vicky was super helpful from minute 1 and always responsive. She also gives great massages so make sure to book one with her. Vicky and her family make you feel right at home but you’ll still have all the peace and quiet that goes along with the beautiful location just a little bit outside Kokkari. Which we find perfect as we don’t like to be in the bustling city center. Thank you for a great time, Vicky!

Hasan's house is very well located as described. Very close to the marina and a host of restaurants. We had a good time exploring the area. The market to get souvenirs is also at a walkable distance. Best thing is there is a BIM supermarket just in the next building, a fresh fruit and veg shop just a house away, and authentic Turkish eateries just around the corner. We reached the place bit late. But Hasan quickly came to receive us and also helped us find a spot to park the car as the ottopark was closed. He got us a parking spot at the ottopark next day early morning itself. We missed meeting Selin, but she was always helpful with her recommendations for tours etc. Its worth mentioning that Selin is a very respected, and in demand tour guide. The kitchen is well equipped and we had no trouble cooking our dinner and breakfast everyday. We did have an issue with the lift the night we checked in, and had to carry our luggage two floors, but Hasan got it resolved within a few hours.

Nick iyi bir ev sahibi. Giriş saatinden önce gelmemize rağmen sıkıntı çıkarmadı. Eve girdiğimizde bizim için bıraktığı atıştırmalıklar vardı. Her türlü sorumuza anında cevap verdi ve arada bir kendini hatırlatıp bir soru yada sorununuz var mı diye sordu. Evin konumu güzel sahile 5dkda inebiliyorsunuz. Evdeki temizlik malzemeleri fazlasıyla yeterliydi. Evin tek sorunu çamaşır makinesi yoktu bunu bilerek gittik ama olsaydı süper olurdu. Tekrardan her şey için teşekkürler Nick.

Vi trivdes verkligen hos Martha. Boendet var perfekt och utsikten var helt magisk! Värden var väldigt hjälpsam, tog emot oss när vi kom dit och svarade alltid snabbt på på meddelande när vi hade frågor. Vi är så tacksamma för all hjälp vi fått och det har verkligen hjälpt vår resa att bli så bra det bara går. I själva staden ligger stränder, restauranger och affärer en bit ifrån varandra. I värmen blev det för långt för oss att gå. Ett tips är därför att hyra cyklar nere i staden, detta fick vi hjälp med av Martha. Det räddade vår semester då vi inte ville lägga pengar på att hyra en bil och vågade inte köra moped i trafiken. Utsikten är som sagt magisk och det absolut bästa med resan var vårt boende. Men jag rekommenderar er verkligen att ni hyr en bil då backarna upp till lägenheten från staden inte är att leka med:) Jag rekommenderar detta boendet starkt!

Eva was really friendly, she even let us to change reservation date. The house was clean and cozy. The location is in centre and close to all restaurants and bars. I definitely recommend everyone to stay there.

The apartment we stayed in was really beautiful with its view, my favorite is the sea view and pleasure, let's not forget the pool of course 😉 we had a very comfortable holiday. And we had a very good sleep, because the bed was chosen very well. We did not have any difficulty as it was the area we knew. I need a house like this too 😉 Thanks for everything Suzie. Maybe one day we'll see you again.

Cozy apartment, very well equipped with everything you can need, very comfortable beds and the best view left to the old center and right to the sea. The apartment has a private entrance, so you feel like in a tiny house. It is located above a small beach - probably the most pittoresk (and a bit hidden) in Kokkari. Kostas (and his family) is a super friendly and sensitive host! He was always keen to ensure that I felt comfortable and made my stay in Kokkari incredible pleasant. Thank you!

Het huis is van Danjel is top! Heerlijk ruim, twee grote slaapkamer en fijne badkamer. Het kinderbedje stond al klaar bij aankomst, zodat onze baby na de reis direct lekker kon slapen. Buiten hadden we twee grote terrassen om lekker te eten en ontspannen. Het huis had een snelle wifi-verbinding en goed werkende airconditioning (wel nodig op de warme dagen). De locatie is geweldig: op loopafstand van strand, centrum en de parkeerplaats voor onze huurauto. Het contact met de host Danjel was erg fijn, hij was erg vriendelijk en altijd bereikbaar bij vragen of voor tips. Kortom, echt een aanrader en zullen hier zeker weer graag naar toe gaan!

Dimitri's apartment was perfect for us! It is large, nicely furnished and above all very well equipped and very clean and tidy. The location is also very good, you can walk to the nearest beach or the city center in 15 minutes. Communication went very smoothly. For this price, our expectations were completely exceeded. We felt very comfortable.

Corina was a wonderful hostess. She went above and beyond to communicate which is extremely helpful when you are new to the area and country. The place was adorable, clean and had all the amenities listed. It was an easy walk to the main street and marina. I would recommend. Two things, which she cannot change and yet may be a concern, the nextdoor apartment's living room window is ~3 feet from the roof top deck. We were quietly enjoying the evening port view, the conversation disturbed the neighbors (a couple advised us the next day). Also, there is a narrow spiral staircase to access the entire place which may be challenging to navigate with babies, seniors, disabilities and\or if you are large.

Familien er super sød og i imødekommende. De gik meget op i at vi havde et godt ophold og vi følte os hjemme i deres selskab.

The apartment is in a perfect location, very close to all shops in Vathy, local beaches and the main platia - it was perfect for our 2week stay in Samos. Furthermore, the apartment was well equipped with everything needed to be self contained - it was a very homely environment and we immediately felt at home and safe & secure, The host and his family are amazing people who were exceptionally friendly and made us feel right at home. They offered good support for the duration of our stay.

Wir haben zum ersten Mal über Airbnb gebucht. Ich muss sagen, es gab keine Probleme. Die Wohnung ist genauso, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Es war sehr sauber und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Es gibt auch einen Pool, der war auch sehr gepflegt und sauber. Eine klare 10 von 10 :)
