Perfect place for a weekend in Nashville. We’ve stayed here twice and highly recommend.

This was a very good neighborhood. There was plenty of space inside the house. It looked great outside the house. Everything will clean and put away. There were extra toilet paper and paper towels. All appliances worked very well. I would do it again.

Host is very hospitable, quick to respond and addresses any questions or concerns one might have. Home is comfortable, very clean, and up to date in decor. Everything we might need is provided. Thank you for offering such a nice place to stay convenient to downtown and The Factory.

Amazing place right on the water…the kids had a blast swimming, kayaking, and jumping on the trampoline. The interior was beautifully finished and very well appointed. Wonderful and helpful hosts.

We loved to stay at this stone house! What a beautiful place to stay! We felt home! Had everything we needed and we were 2 adults 2 kids and a puppy. Very well supplied with toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, shampoo conditioner and soap! Neat place! Also, at a great location and James was very responsive, helpful and kind.

Lindsay was attentive and responsive. Property was clean and ready for guests. Property was close to great restaurants and shopping while in a private and welcoming location just outside of downtown Franlkin. Pets were welcomed and enjoyed the large fenced in backyard. We highly recommend staying here when visiting Franklin and Nashville.

Gabriela's place was literally less than a mile from where my office is going to be and her place was really nice. The neighborhood is very quiet and her place was a home away from home. Thank you!

Joseph’s place was a phenomenal find. When we checked in it was extremely clean and charming. There is an attention to detail makes it feel homey and it was decorated perfect for the Nashville feel. The rooms are all large and the water pressure in the bathrooms was great. We rented a car to make it easier to come and go as we pleased but ubering to Broadway is fast and easy if you go that route. There are a few restaurants walking distance (The Pharmacy was a hit with my group, especially the bbq burger) and a coffee shop, book store, and Walgreens. Joseph was extremely attentive and responsive and happy to give local recommendations. I would definitely stay here again 10/10

This is my favorite Air B&B I’ve ever stayed in! So fresh and extra clean, beautiful finishings, spacious, modern & classy decor, extra comfy king bed in bedroom, and even the fold out couch bed was comfortable. Everything is in the right place where you need it and they’ve thought of everything you need. Matt & Steph did not skimp on quality and it shows in their high quality kitchen ware, pans, & cozy natural cotton blankets. It was such a peaceful , private spot as well as close to everything. Perfect place to launch out from and get to the best places in Nashville in 15 minutes, 15 minutes to Franklin, and even walk to great coffee. We will definitely stay here again! Matt & Steph have excellent communication and go above & beyond. HIGHLY recommend!! 5 stars!!

Very nice place and was exactly as advertised! It is very conveniently located, was very clean upon arrival, and met all expectations. I'd definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Definitely recommend this place. It’s off Broadway so you can escape some of the chaos if you need to but it’s very close to all the attractions. The place was clean and we had everything we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay and it was well-described. Samantha communicated all that we needed to know. The house is in a great location, close to dozens of good restaurants, cafes and lounges. Very peaceful with a wonderful backyard. Be sure to note that there is no oven other than the microwave and there are limited 3-prong electrical outlets. None of that affected our stay but it may be important for others. We'd definitely stay there again.

Donna has a plaque on the mantle and it sums up the feeling you get at her place. Welcome… Come in and stay awhile. Leave all your worries at the door for this is a place of peace. A place to rest, laugh and love. A place to gather together and share in all of the blessings we have been given. This is our home in which you will always belong.

We enjoyed our stay here! Anna had great communication and her place had everything we needed. We appreciated all of the amenities and recommendations that she included.

Super proactive host, very responsive. Easy check-in and check-out process. Great location, walkable to downtown and surrounding popular areas, or just a short Lyft/Uber ride away. The pool/outdoor area was fabulous; will come back and stay at Lindsey’s place again just to use this when it’s warmer out. Water pressure in the shower wasn’t great but you are on the 11th floor. Would not book this space if having a dark area to sleep is important to you. With the big windows, it stays light and bright in the bedroom. Overall, a great stay was had by both of us.
