Great place to stay and quiet and close to FSU where I constantly visiting and comfortable bed etc will definitely use this spot when I return in the future!

We are returning guests because the house is beautiful, it is in a great location, and Kailey is a fabulous host. It is in pristine condition, the kitchen is well-stocked for people who like to cook and there is space to work for our longer stays.

I loved the Cottage! It's beautiful! The surfaces are clean enough to eat off of. I whish my house was this clean, lol. I lived in Levy Park during college and it was so nice to stay in the area. I felt right at home and there is a ton to do in walking distance to the cottage.

Jeremane was an amazing host! We traveled 14 hours for FAMU Spring Preview, and he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. His home was clean, welcoming, and had everything we needed. Highly recommend! Jeremane truly cared about our comfortability and went above and beyond for us.

We had a quiet, relaxing, and enjoyable stay over Thanksgiving! Susan and Michael were very responsive. They provided photos of the kitchen items so I could better plan for our Thanksgiving meal. They quickly took care of an unplanned utility issue with minimal disturbance to our stay to make things fully functional. The beds were comfortable and linens we clean and soft. The entire house was very clean with a fully functional kitchen. We enjoyed playing the 80s video games on the Packman video machine. Our dogs enjoyed the small fenced in dog area for safe potty breaks. And the view of Lake Talquin was just beautiful! We had a great day visiting Wakulla Springs. Recommend making reservations for the boat tour online well in advance. The Dollar General is just a few mile down the street was well stocked for last minute necessities. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Many sites are advertised as great, guest favourite, or super host or other superlatives. Over the years we have stayed at many rentals from several agencies, most were okay, some were very good, Elizabeth's place rates very high in our opinion. The house has everything one would need, the neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet and the neighbours were friendly. For us it was ideal and we enjoyed our stay and felt at home.
