Kelly’s Place was a really nice place to stay! Extremely homely, comfy, and the atmosphere felt like home. Everything had a place, easy instructions. The quality of the bedding wonderful! We loved our stay at Jessie's place. The location was outstanding; so many restaurants we could within just a few blocks and super convenient just a few minutes off I-94 to get anywhere else in the Twin Cities we wanted to go. Having a designated parking spot in the alley is really nice. As other reviews have said, the ceilings are low but not a problem (I'm 6'1" and I didn't have any issues) and the place is really cozy. The bedroom was great with a comfy bed and a convenient fireplace style heater. Jessie's instructions were spot-on and made it super easy to find the place and check-in. This'll be our first look the next time we head to the Twin Cities.

We greatly enjoyed our stay! We liked the cabin-feel on the main floor, especially the fireplace and the beach-theme in the basement. We prepared a couple meals and appreciated a well stocked kitchen. The patio was also nice for eating dinner outside in a quiet neighborhood.

The place was great, definitely would stay there again. Got the chance to meet Tracy, very nice lady.

Shawn was the most gracious host and his home was very comfortable. Although I didn’t stay long, it was just perfect.

The location was perfect and very close to downtown excelsior and surrounding areas. The home was inviting, comfortable and updated. It felt cozy and had amenities to meet all our needs. We loved the private backyard and wish the weather would have been better to enjoy the outdoor fire pit. I highly recommend Jim and Lisa’s home and hope to be back next time we visit the area.

This was such a beautiful home with so much detail and charm. Bri has such an eye for interior design and it seemed as though she had put thought into every little thing regarding the house itself and our stay. There were stacks of towels for both the pool and the shower, fans in every single closet, and a snack basket and Prosecco for us in the kitchen! She was extremely quick to respond to any messages and was accommodative to any and all needs. Would definitely recommend! The area itself was beautiful, lively, and had so much to offer. We were only a few minutes drive from downtown, which would have been a 20 minute walk or so. Also super close to Stillwater, so we were never running short on activities or places to eat and shop.
