The apartment is comfortable and newly renovated, located in an old building that feels extremely quiet and safe. It is well-furnished with everything you might need, including a well-equipped kitchen. The location is not very close to the main tourist areas, but it's easy to get around with a Grab, so reaching any destination doesn’t take too long. The host was excellent—friendly, accommodating, and always responsive. He helped us with our requests and even allowed us to check out late.

Curtis was very responsive to my text and guided me throughout the whole process of checking in and out. The stay was pleasant and house was clean and well maintained, location is not too far from the places where i want to visit, a plus point for Curtis AirBnb is when i was facing problems with one of the toilet bidet but Curtis got the technician to fix it straight away, thank you for the good service and il give it a 5 stars, hope to stay here again next time when I’m visiting Vietnam

Eine gute Wohnung, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Wir sind meistens mit dem Grab in die Innenstadt gefahren, dafür war es aber angenehm ruhig im Apartment. Das Gym war klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was wir benötigen. Gabriel und Justin haben uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und waren sehr zuvorkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Katie is a wonderful and friendly host! She was extremely helpful and gave us clear instructions for check-in. Everything was easy and straightforward! The accommodation was great too! The bed was very comfortable, and the location is perfect! We would definitely love to come back!

Very nice and cozy apartment. Host and Co-hosts are easy to communicate and always response promptly to my needs. Just one thing I'd like to mention is the noise at night from the neighbors upstairs, which I think Management can improve by advice guests to be mindful of noise at night time to consider other guests in the building. When booking transportation by Grab, make sure you mention Zenity because the app hasn't updated the info but instead displaced “Subgate” which confused the drivers. Overall it's a lovely place and convenient to explore to city center.

I arrived to Khue’s place with my family of 5. Upon arrival, security helped us bring up our luggages to our room. Khue had clear instructions on how to get the room key and where to find it. So it was a great start. The house was spacious and safe for two toddlers. Everyone enjoyed the balcony. You have a nice view of the city and the river. At night the city lights are very beautiful to look at. It’s not directly in the city so it’s not as loud and rowdy which we liked since the last time we stayed directly in HCM people were partying at 6am and you could hear it. But getting into the city was very accessible. Everywhere was a 7-10 min drive (without traffic). Booking a grab was easy as well. Everything was as described. The laundry is a washer and dryer all in one which was perfect and she provided laundry detergent. She was very responsive with any issues we had. We had a minor issue come up but she quickly accommodated us and was very understanding. 10/10 would recommend

Rose a été très accueillante, elle vous donnera beaucoup d'informations pour organiser votre vie sur place et bien vous adapter aux habitudes locales. Elle m'a été d'une grande aide avec de très bons conseils sur-mesure. Elle est très reactive et dispose de beaucoup de contacts pour une aide optimale que vous soyez ici en tant que touristes, étudiants ou pour des affaires ! L'appartement est à environ 15min en Grab du centre. Il est bien sécurisé avec un gardien en bas en permance (nuit et jour) permettant un accès à toute heure et une sécurité optimale. L'agencement de l'appartement est bien conçu et fidèle aux photos. Il un y a un petit salon agréable, une cuisine équipée, une grande salle de bain et 2 chambres. Il y a un supermarché juste en bas avec un large choix de produits et une laverie pour vos vêtements à 2min à pied. Rose a aussi un homestay à Sa Pa(au nord, montagnes)où j'ai eu l'occasion d'aller & qui est un lieu exceptionnel pour se ressourcer, acceuillant, paisible

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as pictured—clean, cozy, minimalist, and functional. The location was perfect, the host was super responsive and provided everything we asked for. Overall, it was a great experience, I would recommend this place and I would definitely stay here again if we visit HCM.

Hoang's place is probably the most "live like a local" experience I have had at an AirBnB so far. The apartment is surrounded by only local people and I was definitely the only tourist in the area. With that said, I didn't sense any "you're not welcome here" vibes from anyone and I was able to enjoy my stay as a visitor. The location is also near many sites and attractions which makes for a possibly rare and unique combination. Hoang was very responsive and friendly and his instructions were great. The room was well kept and there were no issues there. I recommend this place and would most likely stay here again if I come back to Saigon.

For me it's the best place to stay in Saigon. In the middle of a quiet, cute residential area and a flower market. 7mins from District 1. The apartment has everything you need and a nice balcony overlooking a narrow beautiful street. This is a small block of apartments, very safe and clean. The host is attentive and friendly, I couldn't ask for more. There are cute cafes and food stalls along the small roads and an olympic sized swimming pool just 400m away

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was extremely friendly and responsive, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The place was spotless and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. It was also very accessible for my older aunties, making it a perfect spot for our group. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

I really enjoyed my stay here, Hannah was so welcoming and kind, and was always available if needed. Hannah even let me leave my bags there after I checked out, as my new accommodation would not allow me to drop bags off early. the location was great, walkable to all the places tourists want to see. comfortable space and lovely little balcony. would stay again.

Convenient & safe location for family stay with 24hr security. Easy for Grab/taxi to pick up/drop off. Plenty of walkable eats nearby and 2 convenience stores downstairs. Huyen is very responsive and was helpful with enquiries unrelated to our stay. Thanks Huyen.

Worth every cent! This place is off the beaten path, nestled along an alley of very local homes with very nice families and people around. The apartment is exactly as the photos. A very comfortable place, away from hustle and bustle. Host was very responsive too. I don't mind staying here again in future!

Clean and exactly as the pictures. Great view from the room and a nice balcony. The bathroom was lovely with a huge bathtub and powerful shower.

The stay was very good. i reached their place at 2:30AM due to delayed flight and the host, Alex was awake and helped me find the place. the room was exactly as per picture and very clean. it had all the basic amenities, hot water, AC, towels etc. The host also provided good food recommendations nearby and helped me book the tours for cuchi tunnel and mekong delta. the tours were also really good and priced at nominal rates. a couple of things to note - the room i was given was in the 4th floor and there is no lift. so if you have heavy luggage or people who can't climb stairs, please check with the host about it. in my case, i had 1 bag and the host, Alex helped my carry it as well. Also, the description mentioned you can make and share breakfast and i misunderstood that as breakfast included. that's a miss on my part but mentioning it here so that others don't miss it as well. overall, the stay was perfect and i would highly recommend it.
