Loved our stay here. Alan and Joan are lovely hosts and were quite proactive in making our stay enjoyable.

From start to finish it was magical!! The house felt private, comfortable & peaceful! The beds were super comfortable & everything felt like a hop, skip, & a jump to get to .. will definitely be back :)

Very well equipped.Lots a extras in the fridge and pantry. Loved the coffee machine and pods. Comfortable bed. Lovely bathroom.Great kitchen. The only thing we went looking for, but didn't find was a fly swat, for that one pesky fly ;)

Babel is Great and his place perfect for short and long term. Very clean and tidy outside and inside. Open beautiful view can enjoy from room. Healthy place- morning and evening walk one minute riverside. So beautiful place with family and couple. We was really enjoyed our 3 nights accommodation in Babel place. He is very helpful. I was stuck with my car in front of his house, he came immediately and solved my problem. Thank you so much Babel. Please take care yourself and your lovely family.

Absolutely superb place to stay at. Very comfortable and not too far away from the bars and restaurants in the Guildford area. Dayo is a great host. Will definitely stay again

It was like taking a trip back to the 60’s, in the best possible way, when we walked through the front door! We stayed here for 4 months while insurance was fixing our home. Great little house with an enclosed back yard and pet friendly. Eddie was one of the best Airbnb hosts we’ve ever had and got back to us immediately if we ever had to contact him. I highly recommend this little charmer of a house AND Eddie, who was an absolutely fantastic host. The house is super secure and I felt safe there even when my husband was working away. 5mins from the beach, shops, pub and a great walk around Lake Coogee.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The host was welcoming and responsive, making the whole experience seamless. The location was perfect—quiet and close to River. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

We absolutely adored Stuart's place! The house was stunning, we felt totally at-home from the start. The beds were very comfortable and there was everything we could have wished for in the kitchen! The pictures don't do it justice, we would 100% recommend and wished we were staying longer!! Definitely one of the best Airbnb's we have stayed in.

Super lovely Airbnb! The place was clean and exactly as described. It was walking distance to cafes but still private and quiet. The off street parking was great. The hosts had great communication and answered messages quickly.

Kasia and Rait were lovely hosts, very friendly and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. And went out of their way to come and fix up the washing machine so we could use it during our stay. The apartment was beautiful very modern and was neat and tidy, it had everything we needed and felt very homey. In a great location, easy enough to walk to the CBD or Elizabeth Quay if you wanted to. Would definitely recommend them to other guests.

The place was beautiful, clean and really spacious! There are laundry and dryer inside the apartment so I can do it in my own convenience. CBD is about 15mins walk away and the Swan River and Elizabeth Quay are not far off as well! Definitely will choose to stay here again on my next visit!!

Light, bright apartment with a great location for sightseeing in the city and on the river. Good air-conditioning too!

Great apartment-views are awesome. Nice new good quality furniture. Friendly host. Only issues was the front door entry is very tricky & probably needs replacing with a better lock setup. Kitchen sink tap small leak & the showers hot water are a little temperamental. But other than those small issues highly recommend.
