Great place. It was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The caretaker, Kailash, was also very polite and helpful. The only downside is that it’s in a gated society and the neighbours complain about the smallest of noise. There was a complaint about people talking laughing in the swimming pool even though it was during daytime, not that loud and there was no music or anything of the sort. The place itself, however, is great and well worth it. Maybe if you’re going with a smaller group (we were 9 people), you won’t have issues with noise complaints either.

It was the perfect get away that we had in mind. The view from this stay was absolutely beautiful and the fact that this was situated on the river bank was simply amazing. The property has beautiful lawn area and has compound wall for privacy. Over all we loved the stay. If you are looking to relax in the slow pace of south goa, then this property is for you especially if you are traveling with family. We had a great stay and would easily recommend this villa to groups looking to explore South Goa. The villa itself was lovely—clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essential cutlery and amenities. The location is relatively peaceful and very close to Colva Beach, which was a big plus. The host and the caretaker were both friendly and responsive, addressing all our queries promptly and making the stay even more comfortable. The only thing missing was a pool, but aside from that, everything else was perfect. Overall, we were very happy with both the property and the service provided.

Great location for family or 2/3 couples- good size rooms each with en-suite. Pool is clean & complex is small, clean & safe. 2 mins walk into main shopping street with Restaurants. ATM outside gate & great restaurant opposite, although all we tried in town are fantastic. £1.50 tuktuk to beautiful beach or 20mins easy walk. Definitely recommend

Colva beach is walkable from this property. The host is extremely responsive and helped us with our requests. The house is clean. I'd definitely recommend this property if you're looking for a calm area with easy access to the beach.

Staying at Red Rooster Village Homestay in Goa was a memorable experience. Melba (hosts mother) welcomed us with warm hospitality that made me feel like I was visiting a family member rather than checking into a homestay. Later we met karl and astrid, a lovely couple, incredibly gracious, offering great tips to explore the area :) Beach is only 5 mins drive with the scooter and the place is surrounded by nice little restaurants. If you’re looking for a place that offers more than just accommodation a place that feels like home Red Rooster is the perfect choice.

Oma Koti is nestled in the village of Majorda and is probably the best get away from bustling lives. What I loved the most about the place is that: 1. The villa has its own essence. It is carefully curated, and has the perfect blend of nature and art. It's is very much soothing and comforting. 🤍 2. Zak, the host is a gentleman and makes you feel safe and like a home. He adds warmth to that place. He genuinely takes efforts to make sure that guests enjoy the stay. ☺️ Overall, our experience at Oma koti was very pleasant and we definitely look forward to being Zak's guest again in future. 😁 PS: Place has a bonus point for dog lovers. All the dogs are well trained and very friendly.🐶💕

I stayed here with my family and I appreciate Clyde's responsiveness and clear instructsions. He had the place spotless cleaned with all the amenities. The living room AC is a little old and dust clogged which requires servicing (had stopped couple of times) but as assured by Clyde he will take care of that. Host was not pushy, gave enough space and time for everything and was always a phone call away. There was a problem with water in the society my stay was located for which Clyde was regularly checking on the update with me and the maintenance team with the same until resolution. I highly appreciate the clear communication from Clyde. The rooms were good and tidy and bathrooms were in good condition too. Overall extremely satisfied with my stay here. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing stay in this cozy and well-equipped apartment! The place felt like a home away from home, with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The apartment consists of a spacious living room, a cozy bedroom, and a fully functional kitchen—perfect for those who love the convenience of home-cooked meals. Pratik is super host and his parents are very cool and responsive. One of the best parts of staying here was the convenience. There’s a general store right below the apartment, making it super easy to grab any essentials without going far. Whether it was snacks, toiletries, or last-minute groceries, everything was just a few steps away! The location is another highlight. It’s close to the beach, which means I could enjoy beautiful morning walks by the shore and stunning sunsets in the evening. Plus, there are plenty of hotels and restaurants nearby, offering a variety of delicious food.

Neekita Chorge’s place is a cozy and comfortable one inside a huge apartment community. The host and the site manager were very responsive. Everything at home was perfect and we loved the stay. I would highly recommend this place to a group of five family or friends visiting the south side of Goa.

Taber's place was lovely! It was clean, felt safe, there were no check in, check out hassles. Taber provided all the amenities mentioned in the description; the kitchen was well equipped, there were sufficient towels and blankets provided, the bathrooms were extremely clean, the hall had a lovely collection of books etc. The best part was the little balcony area from where we could see the river which is just perfect to wake up to. Me and my friends felt very much at home and we even extended our stay. Would definitely love to stay here again!

After we booked the stay, our host Shweta answered a lot of questions that we had in mind because we had a kid with us and wanted to ensure everything is as per our need. The flat is located right next to Birla Mandir. It is in one of the gated societies where you get your dedicated car parking. The flat was very spacious and have all the amenities needed. We cooked our own breakfast and tea and prepared meals for the little kid with us. We had our own car so going from the flat to nearby places was easy. All in all it was a lovely experience staying in Zuari Rain Forest Stay.

We had an amazing stay at Omar's place. He has been very helpful and responsive. We stayed for whole one week and it felt like home. Looking forward to visit his home again. Thank you Omar for hosting us.

Great host. Amazing property. They had one care taker always around the property for our convenience and everyday cleaning staff used to come. Si ce n'eût été de la fermeture de la piscine en rénovation, ce condo est parfait. Confortable, belle luminosité et jolie vue sur mer de la grande terrasse au son du carillon. L'accueil sympathique et le service attentionné et flexible de Reny est remarquable. Pour les déplacements, à moins que vous n'ayez l'application GoaMiles ou votre propre moyen de transport, ça peut s'avérer difficile. Mais vous pouvez toujours demander les services de Reny.

I stayed here along with two of my friends for a day and it was a very comfortable AirBnB. It’s a steal at this price, given that it has two bedrooms and the society has amenities like gym, indoor games, pool, etc. The co-host was friendly and helped us with recommendations. It is also very peaceful out there. If you’re planning on staying in South Goa, you should definitely check this one out.

property is very good. Located in proper residential area. All amenities are there. But very far from the beaches. If you are coming Goa for beaches then the property is not for you

Sid's place looks even better in person than in the pictures. The bed and bath linen used is the best I've experienced in Airbnbs. His housekeeping staff does an excellent job. Sid was always responsive to any queries we reached him for. The amenities inside the house are provided thoughtfully. The view from the balconies is super peaceful and green and all of us enjoyed spending time relaxing there. The property overall is friendly, has a good pool with a bar and music that's functional through the day. There is even an in-house restaurant that delivers room service to the flat. The beach is very clean, and within walking distance and we found some good restaurants that operate near the beach, especially Chris' Goan Ambrosia that serves authentic Goan food apart from multi cuisine. The house is spacious and very beautiful. Perfect for a family or a couple of small families, or groups. We had a fantastic time. Definitely coming back here !

Wonderful stay. Loved the host and the property. The society swimming pool was amazing.
